OF PROPOSALS
All
proposals should contain the following information:
Description
of School
-
Brief History
- Present Purpose
- Cultural and socio-economic make-up of student body
- If church affiliated, your relationship to the church
- Ways in which students participate in services to the school
and/or community
- If you have received a grant from the Margaret Hall Foundation
in the past, indicate year, subject, and amount. Begin with
the most recent grant.

of Proposed Program or Project

Scope
- Timetable for implementation
- Budget
- Amount of matching funds, indicting where these funds will
be obtained. If matching funds cannot be provided, please explain
why.
- Plans for continuation of program in future years
- A paragraph summarizing the proposed project

Grant
Proposal Summary Form
The
Margaret Hall Foundation also requires the submission of a
grant proposal summary form, which is used as a cover sheet
for the proposal itself.

PROPOSAL
SUBMISSION
The
deadline for submitting proposals is February 1st. Only proposal
packages postmarked on or before February 1st will be considered!
In
order for your proposal to be considered, please submit the following:

Eight (8) unbound, stapled copies of your proposal
- Eight (8) copies of the grant
proposal summary form stapled on top of your proposal
- One (1) copy each of any brochures
- One (1) copy of your latest financial report or balance sheet
- One (1) copy of your IRS tax-exempt determination letter |
